Strengthening Schools
WELCOME
Education is about people. When we invest in the wellbeing of both children and the adults who care for them, everyone has the opportunity to flourish.

Founded by former Headteacher, Flick Burton, FB Education & Wellbeing is built on 20 years of experience in education, including 10 years in senior leadership as a Deputy Headteacher, Head of School and Headteacher. Combining lived leadership experience with therapeutic practice, we support whole school communities through coaching, reflective supervision and therapeutic interventions that are rooted in compassion, strong relationships and the belief that every child and every educator deserves to thrive.

Former Headteacher | Leadership Coach | Therapeutic Practitioner
Â
FB Education & Wellbeing was founded by Flick Burton following a 20-year career in primary education, including leadership roles as Deputy Headteacher, Head of School and Headteacher.

Having experienced the rewards and the realities of school leadership, Flick understands the immense pressures facing today's educators, as well as the increasing emotional needs of children and young people. Her passion is to provide meaningful support that helps schools thrive—through therapeutic provision for children, coaching and supervision for leaders, and wellbeing initiatives that place people at the heart of education.
Â
At FB Education & Wellbeing, the belief is simple:
When children feel safe, and educators feel supported, whole school communities flourish.
Supporting Children
Delivering creative, therapeutic interventions that support emotional wellbeing, resilience and attachment-aware practice for vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND, SEMH, Pupil Premium and looked after children.
Empowering Educators
Supporting Headteachers and senior leaders through confidential coaching and reflective supervision, providing a safe space to reflect, build resilience, protect wellbeing and continue leading with confidence and compassion.
Strengthening Schools
Partnering with schools to develop trauma-informed practice, inclusive behaviour support and staff wellbeing programmes that strengthen relationships and help whole school communities to thrive.
"When we nurture the wellbeing of children and the adults who care for them, we create schools where everyone can flourish."
